Jingle Cruise Debuts Today at the Magic Kingdom

Jingle CruiseToday marks the start of the Jingle Cruise at the Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland. This holiday overlay of the Jungle Cruise sees the Skippers who are clearly homesick during the festive holiday season, so they decided to create their own festive fun with homemade decorations, gifts, and more.

The Jingle Cruise began last year and has grown exponentially this year. In addition to the dock area being decorated and the boats being renamed with fun holiday themes, this year, many of the show scenes have been decorated too, like the gorilla camp, the temple, and even Ginger and Smiley. (It would appear some supplies didn’t quite make it to their correct locations.) Of course, the jokes are just as corny, with fun, holiday-inspired laughs included too.

The fun Jingle Cruise overlay will last through the holiday season. (Now…if we could only get a few other fun holiday overlays at Walt Disney World too…that would be great.)

  • While the sign outside and interior decorations were up on Tuesday, the Jingle Jokes were on today (but not Tuesday). Love this ride and your posts Rikki.

  • My family is coming to DW at the end of Decmeber and into early Januaray. When will the holiday decorations come down?

    • Things start coming down bit by bit, typically after the first of the year. I would expect that most decorations will disappear that week of January 4th.
