How Can I Work for TouringPlans?
Working in the travel industry is not nearly as glamorous as it sounds, including doing research for Walt Disney World. TouringPlans is a software company first and a travel content site second. The vast majority of our time is spent in front of a computer monitor, not riding attractions.
TouringPlans.com has no regular staff positions available at this time. We post jobs to our blog when they open. We don't accept unsolicited resumés.
Our staff is highly technical. Most of us had professional experience in technology, computer science, or statistics prior to working for TouringPlans. We value folks with a well-rounded skill set, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a good sense of humor. Preference is given to applicants with at least a bachelor's degree. Many of our staff have advanced degrees.
TouringPlans has no current openings for content creators, and we don't accept unsolicited content.
TouringPlans doesn't publish the Unofficial Guide and doesn't make hiring decisions for them. The Unofficial Guide is published by AdventureKEEN.
