Universal Translator – Chez Alcatraz & Jaws

Duuuun nun. Duuuuun nun. Find out about the last remaining bits of the old JAWS attraction in this Universal Translator.

Chez Alcatraz is a small bar situated next to the San Francisco Candy Company, offering a selection of draft and canned beers, wine, and mixed cocktails. This fun, open-air bar and the Bruce the shark suspended next door are the only remaining vestiges of the JAWS movies in Universal Studios Florida. Here, guests can get the Ocean Attack, a coconut rum-based drink with pineapple, Spirte, and blue curacao that is then dashed with a topper of grenadine to make the iconic blood in the water look (it’s also pretty tasty). While waiting for your drinks check out the fun nods to the original attraction found on the poster boards on either side of the bar.
