Grand Floridian & Polynesian DVC Studio Rentals

In our last post, A Bouquet of DVC Deals & A New Tool for You! we showed you a very nice bunch of Saratoga Springs DVC rentals, many of which are still available.

Today we have an interesting batch of studio rentals at the Grand Floridian and Polynesian Villas in the range of 23 to 29% below the median of previous similar rooms we’ve seen for these resorts. What I find even more interesting is that these are are rentals of 3 days or longer – typically lower priced DVC rentals tend to be 1 or maybe 2 days.

In addition to the rentals above, we have a few more that might appeal to your future future self – they fall way out at the end of the 11-month booking window. The Polynesian Studios below just dropped into the mix with per-night prices well below the median of all Poly studios we’ve recorded. I find them even more impressive than that since they are right at the end of the holiday season.

For a visual of where these rental prices fall in the scheme of things, take a look at the scatter chart below. The chart includes all Poly studio rentals 3 days or longer we’ve seen. Each dot represents a single rental. The 3 rentals above are circled at the far right of the chart – and you can see by looking in the horizontal green bar that there have been very few similarly priced Poly studios over the last year.

People, if these fit in your plans, then time is of the essence – they will not last, so book them quickly. Your extremities will thank you.
