A fiery acrobatics show at Halloween Horror Nights that fills each show is a huge hit with guests, but what is it? In this Universal Translator, we look at HHN Orlando’s Nightmare Fuel show!

Nightmare Fuel is a high-octane acrobatics show (pun intended) featuring fire effects by the Fuel Girls, aerial stunts, provocative dancing, magic illusion, contortionists, and skimpy outfits. Based on the idea of a lead character with a returning nightmare they cannot escape from, the show is structured into five or six acts with interstitial bits that end with the main character either escaping the dream or succumbing to the dream’s temptations. The show is high energy and not scary in the slightest, and features lots of call-and-response activity with the audience. We consider Nightmare Fuel to be a must-see part of HHN and suggest seeing the first or last showing of the night.
