Big Savings With the New Cool Kid Summer Discount!

The Cool Kid Summer Discount that was announced yesterday and released this morning looks to be a significant way to save on a 6-night Walt Disney World vacation. We priced out a few scenarios using the same dates and data so let’s look at the numbers after we review the basics.

The Cool Kid Summer offer shows as “2 Free Nights & Park Days with Select Packages” when you’re looking through the 14 offers currently available for Walt Disney World. This offer, as shown above, is:

• Most nights May 26 to September 15, 2026
• Must purchase a minimum 4-night, 4-day ticket package
• Book by February 15, 2026

We used the following criteria to price three packages:

2 Adults, 2 Children (ages 5 & 6)
Sunday, June 14 – June 20, 2026
All-Star Sports, Standard Room
6-Day tickets, no Park Hopper
Quick Service Dining Plan – both kids eat free
Cool Kid Summer Package Price

Cool Kid Summer Offer- New! 

Using the criteria above, a package using the new discount would cost $4,269.91. Keep in mind that both children in this example get the Dining Plan for free with the paid adults on the package. You must have a minimum of a 6-day ticket for this offer but do not need to have the Park Hopper option.

30% Room Discount

The package increased by $513.27 when using the 30% Room Discount. We used all of the same parameters, just with a different discount.

Standard Package, No Discounts 

The same offer with no discounts priced at $5,099.28 – a difference of $829.37 from the new Cool Kid Summer offer.
