Disney has released park schedules for March 2011 and our Crowd Calendar has been updated to reflect the changes. Per park hours are updated as well. Extended hours begin on Saturday March 12th, in line with the beginning of peak Spring Break season.

Just curious – have you incorporated the free entry into one park for marathoners they’re offering on Monday January 10th? Not sure how many more will take advantage of it (than would go into the parks other years without the free day offer), but last year there were nearly 17,000 finishers.
Plus many of them would probably bring in a paid family member as well. But they can’t park-hop.
I saw that the crowd calendar/per park crowd calendar was updated. We are going Aug 29-Sept 4. We will not be buying park hoppers and want to see Fantasmic while we are there. That means we would have to go either Sunday (HS – 4.9) or Thursday (HS – 3.6). You are saying to avoid HS on Sunday, but on Thursday it is neither best park nor park to avoid. If we are there at RD on Sunday, would it really be SO much worse than on Thursday? Just wondering your opinion for our situation. Thanks!
Hi. As always, LOVE the crowd calendar and though that goes into it. I have a question that I hope will help me understand the new system.
Aug 2 is rated and 8 with AK as Best Park and HS as Park to avoid. But when I look at the per park crowd levels, I see HS is rated 4.8 vs 7.7 for AK (the others are in the 8s) So, now I know the calendar has to make sure to recommend the parks a certain amount of times per week but this looks like HS best crowd level for the next 10 days or so. So, based on the per park crowd levels, I would have chosen HS today. Can you help me understand why I should avoid HS on Aug 2nd even though it has the lowest crowd rating?
