Universal surprised guests with starting technical previews on newest nighttime show, Universal Orlando’s Cinematic Celebration, this past week. Check out a preview of the new show below along with some new food options at Universal’s Adventura Hotel.

Park Hours and Admission

CityWalk is open until 2:00 a.m. with free self parking starting after 6:00 p.m.

Single-day, one-park tickets are at Anytime pricing. Base tickets to Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure are $124 per adult and $119 per child (plus tax).

Two-day, two-park tickets are $264.99 per adult and $254.99 per child (plus tax).

Volcano Bay tickets are at Anytime pricing at $80 per adult and $75 per child (plus tax).

Universal Cinematic Celebration

Limited technical rehearsals¬†are running for Universal Orlando’s Cinematic Celebration. The new nighttime show features, fountains, lasers, fireworks, projections, and more to cap off a day of riding the movies at Universal Studios Florida.

Technical rehearsals are like Disney’s soft openings: the show will debut intermittently on select nights with the possibility of some elements or segments left out due to test and adjust. Until an official opening date is announced watch the show viewing area near Central Park for activity between 7-9pm for your chance to view the new show.

Urban Pantry at Adventura

Adventura Hotel opens in August and Universal posted a preview of the new food items to the modern food hall, Urban Pantry. Guests can find stations for meats, sushi, gourmet pizzas, noodle bowls, and burgers with specialized pairings of wine and beer.

Urban Pantry joins Bar 17 Bistro on top of Adventura Hotel. Books are available and the hotel opens this coming August.

The World Cup is back now through July 15. Find out where you can catch a match around the resort. Offer does not apply to fans of the USA, Italy, and Germany men’s national teams. (Too soon?)
