Roots of the Ingredients at Food and Wine Festival on Living with the Land Ride

The fruits and vegetables produced in the greenhouse section of The Land pavilion are a great resource for Epcot, being served in various restaurants. During Food and Wine, there’s also the added benefit of using the crops grown in The Land for a little bit of a preview of what to expect from the different food booths. Signs are scattered throughout the greenhouse part of Living with the Land that show you what dishes use the types of crops grown there at some of the booths. This is a fantastic opportunity to make the farm-to-table connection. Here’s just some of what you can see on the ride.
