If you need a little magic in your life, or you’ve got a little magic maker in training, then head to Disney Springs for the Arribas Brothers Crystal Wish Keeper Experience. This little interactive experience is often overlooked, but it is an endearing experience for kids and kids at heart. If your child is celebrating a special occasion this is a great way to make a custom keepsake.
Our field research team stopped into Arribas Brothers at Disney Springs to create a Crystal Wish Keeper first hand. Overall, the team felt the experience was fun, a nice diversion at least.
Inside the Arribas Brothers store at Disney Springs, you’ll find a display case with jars of colorful gems and magical glass items like a magic lamp and wands. There are 13 gem options, but endless combinations of those 13 options. Not only are there beautiful colors from which to choose, but each jar explains the power and attributes of each color. Light Sapphire, for example, is said to have the attributes of Strength, Hope, and Faith.
Our team decided to go with amethyst and topaz to go into a wand, with a blue wand topper. You can pick from any number of Wish Keepers, like a magic lamp, wand, skull, or a glass slipper (wedding proposal anyone?). The wands are the most popular, especially with younger magic makers.
Once you select your container and a top (if needed), you select your crystals – which can be a single color, or a combination. The crystals are placed and mixed into a clear, glass teapot. A small funnel is used to transfer the crystals into your Wish Keeper.
Finally, glue is applied by the Cast Member and a UV light is used to seal it. To complete the experience your Wish Keeper is placed inside a lovely, padded box. The presentation would make a gorgeous gift.
A 10% Annual Passholder / DVC discount is offered on the Wish Keepers. The current pricing as of November 2023 is shown below.
What do you think of the Wish Keeper Experience? Would you celebrate a special occasion this way?

Are the containers glass? Just wondering how likely my kid might be to break it later. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing this unique experience I did not know about.
