2026 Garden Graze Review
EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival is underway and one of the highlights is always the Garden Graze. Spoiler – the prize is the same as last year but some of the menu items are different. There are a few that are not at all worth the time or money and a couple of dishes that are simply wonderful.
Garden Graze Basics
- Grab a free Festival Passport on your way in to EPCOT. You can find them at both entrances, at every outdoor kitchen, and many merch locations around the park.
- Flip to the last two pages of the passport where you’ll find the Garden Graze Menu Items and the stamp page.
- Purchase any combination of 5 items on the Garden Graze menu. You can get 5 of the same, 5 different items, or whatever combo you like as long as you have 5 stamps.
- One treat per completed passport through June 1, 2026.

Step-by-Step Redemption
- Have your passport ready when you enter the line at a participating outdoor kitchen. When you order and pay, hand your passport to the Cast Member and they will stamp the back page for you. The spot on the bottom right marked “Festival Treat” will remain blank for now.
- When you have 5 stamps, bring your completed passport to the Garden Graze Completer Treat Pick-Up window at Pineapple Promenade near Port of Entry. Pineapple Promenade is located on the Canada side of the entrance to World Showcase.
- Skip the regular line to the right of the kitchen and head for the Completer window on the far left.
- Present your completed passport to the Cast Member to receive your final stamp and your treats.

Treats

The treats for this year are the Dole Whip swirl sundae in a plastic souvenir cup and Wildflower Mix seed packet pictured above.
Graze Food Ratings

We loved everything from the new booth, Nectar, located near The Land Pavilion! Loved, loved! The Poke Bowl is (obviously) plant-based but it’s an example of how to make fruit and veg the main character. The sticky rice had just the right bite, but the Umami Sauce was the real star. Well worth the price, too. Don’t skip this one.

We’re happy to report you can get two stamps at the Nectar kitchen and walk away happy. This Panna Cotta was divine. The Cherry Gelée is tart and sweet and the panna cotta is rich and tropical. We’re so impressed with the Citrus Cookie, too! The only folks who won’t enjoy this are people who don’t love matcha and joy.

Sure, it’s just grilled corn, but it’s really, really good grilled corn! The corn has a Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese in the spread, but it’s thin so don’t let that put you off if Boursin isn’t your thing. It’s a bit pricey for an ear of corn, but the char is nice and it’s so tasty.

We’re sticking with the low rating here while also acknowledging the poor heft of the Passion Fruit Caramel might be attributed to first day jitters. There was a lot of that on opening day. The caramel was separated and just didn’t taste good. The Chocolate Cake base was tough and tasted over baked. We will be back next week to try this one again, but for now it’s a skip.

These Potato Pancakes and House-made Applesauce were simple, filling, and just fine. You can ask for no applesauce if you like, just let them know at the window when you hand over your receipt.

The only reason we gave this Fruit Parfait an 8 is because it’s hard to share. If you want to get one just for yourself, which we encourage, it’s a 10. Mango Dole Whip, chopped mango, Sweet Chili Sauce (think Chamoy) and Tajin. You don’t need to get either of the toppings but we did and loved every bite. The size is way bigger than the picture implies which makes this an excellent stamp in our books.

Now for the stuff we’d skip. The flavors of the Lumpia and the Green Papaya Salad were nice and the Yuzu Sweet-and-Sour sauce was decent. The wrapper tasted like it was fried off far in advance of hitting the window though. We’ll go back for this one again since The Odyssey always has a hard time during the first few days of any festival. The kitchen serving space is cramped and it’s always chaos in the beginning which might be the reason for the sad fry. For now, it’s a skip.

Yikes. The citrus flavors are always a favorite with us, but that factory-pressed crust is very firm and not good. That said, huge props to the culinary team cranking out plant-based meringue because it’s awesome and new to Disney World. If you don’t mind shelling out $5.31 to eat everything but the crust, then this stamp is for you.

The Avocado Toast reign is over. At least it is for us. We got this dish on opening day and again the second day of Flower & Garden because the first time was so bad we were sure it was a fluke. It wasn’t. The decline of this dish is (brace thyself for drama) a symbol of the small cuts Disney is making that aren’t going unnoticed. The bread is much smaller, the avocado did not taste fresh either time we had it this week, and there was less of it. The new Boursin dairy-free cheese that is also on the grilled corn is heaped on and the flavors don’t compliment what used to be a bright, light dish. If we’re going to spend nearly $7.00 of Len’s money on a piece of avocado toast, then it needs to be darn good and this just isn’t. We’ve tried this twice and won’t get it again.
Are you headed to Flower and Garden? If so, are you planning to complete the Garden Graze?
