Adding to the fun, the Disney Springs waterfront promenade will feature bars offering mimosas for purchase, while Bloody Marys will be available for purchase at nearby Dockside Margaritas. In addition, Starbucks will be open on both the Westside and the Marketplace at 7:00 a.m. At 8:00 a.m. Erin McKenna’s, Wolfgang Puck Express, Ghirardelli, Dockside Margaritas, The Daily Poutine, Outdoor Vending Carts, Marketplace Snacks, and the Food Trucks will be open.  Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Guests can stop at Frontera Cocina and Bongos Express. Finally, Paradiso 37 will open at 10:00 a.m.
