2017 Walt Disney World Merchandise Now Appearing

If you’re a fan of Sorcerer Mickey, Disney has you covered for merchandise in the new year. Here’s just a sample of the first merchandise hitting shops (and the Shop DisneyParks app) for 2017.

Clothing and Bags

Most of the clothing for sale is of the t-shirt variety, but that means you can get your money’s worth wearing it all year. Whether iconically Disney, bold and colorful, or subtle in design, Sorcerer Mickey is everywhere for 2017. Selections for kids, like long-sleeve or sweatshirt designs, are fairly limited, but there still are a few designs to choose from. If you prefer to carry your love for Disney with you instead of wearing it on your with sleeves, there are some backpacks and bags, again capturing that Disney magic theme.

 

Cups and Mugs

Depending on who you ask, it is impossible to have too many souvenir cups. If that’s your mindset, you can find a small assortment of 2017 coffee mugs, travel mugs, and “toothpick holders”.

 

For the Young (at Heart)

Whether you are young or young at heart, there are items for you. Of course there’s a special Duffy for the occasion along with Sorcerer Mickey. There’s also a rather unusual Mickey figure. (My first thought about the green shorts is that the colorblind members of my family wouldn’t notice a difference from “normal” Mickey.) You can also find Minnie ears with a sorcerer-type bow, and even a toy bus.

Souvenirs

When you get down to it, sometimes you just want a “normal” souvenir item to remember your trip. From snowglobes to key chains and magnets to picture frames, here’s some of the items you can bring home to commemorate that 2017 trip.

On this notebook, there was a motto that I hope Disney uses throughout the year in 2017: “See what a little magic can do!”

If people in Disney merchandise are listening, I hope to see more of that motto–and even more Sorcerer Mickey merchandise–in the new year!
