Make-Your-Own Halloween Tiara in the Magic Kingdom
If you’re heading to Disney World for Halloween, Crystal Arts by Arribas Brothers in the Magic Kingdom has a new make-your-own Hallow-Queen tiara. We designed our own tiara a few months ago, but ’tis the season to explore our inner villain, so we had to do this new version, too!
The Hallow-Queen tiara customization process is much the same as the standard tiara. You’ll pick your tiara base from the options on display. While there is only one design, it comes in three colors. We chose the purple, but there is a silver version and one in black. You may try on any of the designs before making your decision, and the Cast Member helping you will allow you as many test combinations as necessary to make sure you’re happy with your design.
This spooky season bling has an option to add colorful ribbons to your crown. You can add any 6 ribbons for $9.00. The assisting Cast Member will secure the ribbons in two bunches of three – or whatever combination you desire – knot them and attach a jewelry claw clip to the center so the ribbons can be attached to the tiara on the back near the combs. Once you’ve decided on your design, gems, and ribbons, a Cast Member will set the stones and complete your tiara. You will wait at the counter while they’re finishing your crown since the whole process only takes around 20 minutes.
Each crown is $99.00 + tax, before our Annual Passholder discount. Ribbons ($9 for 6), a velvet carrying bag ($5.00), and a velvet pillow ($19.00) are extra.
Were we betting folks, we’d say it’s safe money to assume there will be a holiday option when Christmas hits the Magic Kingdom on November 7th with the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
