Disney After Hours Event Dates Released for July, August, and September

Today, Disney released the dates for the summer one of their more popular hard ticketed events, Disney After Hours. The dates for July, August, and September are as follows:

For those who don’t know, Disney After Hours is hard ticketed event that occurs after park closing and lasts for three hours at the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The event allows Guests to be able to ride attractions with minimal to no wait. In addition, Guests can enjoy all you care to eat snacks like popcorn, ice cream novelties, and bottled beverages.

Disney After Hours event tickets cost $125, plus tax for advance purchase and $129, plus tax for day-of purchases. Disney Vacation Club members and Annual Passholders can purchase tickets at the discounted price of $95, plus tax.

And because I get this question all the time, dates for Disney After Hours are typically only released a month or two before and Disney only release two-three months at a time. There is no time table on when Disney will decide to open these dates for the next segment. I will make sure to post when the new dates become available.

  • Any chance August Dates for Hollywood studios will still be released? Or assume this is it until at least October since September dates for other parks have been published already?

    • I’ve been wondering the same thing. Why does Hollywood Studios only have dates through July?

  • willthere be December dates coming out

  • For a 10pm event we get in at 7pm. Can we still make FP+ reservations for 7p, 8p and 9p ahead of the event?

    • Yes, you can. We attended Disney After Hours in Hollywood Studios on the last Thursday in May. We booked 3 fastpasses. We did not have theme park tickets of any kind, BTW, only the Disney After Hours tickets. Also, you can book fastpasses before Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party too!

  • How do you book this as the extra dates are not showing on the app
