Disney World Resort Bar Crawl Part 3: Lodge to Lodge

Ready to unwind after your Disney day? Or maybe you’re just looking for a new way to do Walt Disney World. Why not do it bar crawl style? There are loads of options for a nice cocktail, craft brew, or full-blown bar experience at Walt Disney World. You’ll find everything from beachfront watering holes to lounges with rooftop views to quirky themed bars – enough to satisfy everyone’s happy hour goals.

Today, I’m offering up the final part in a series of bar crawls, this time hitting the Disney resorts that haven’t made our tours yet. (You can read part 1, Skyliner Resorts, here and part 2, Monorail Resorts, here.)

This “Lodge to Lodge” route begins and ends at two of Walt Disney World’s most beautiful resorts. Stops along this route aren’t directly served by the Skyliner or Monorail, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t among Disney World’s best spots to imbibe. In my experience buses and alcohol don’t mix well, so for this route, I recommend you use a rideshare service to transport you from stop to stop.

The Lodge to Lodge Bar Crawl

Stop #1: Territory Lounge at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
If cozy and cabin-like is your thing, you’ll love this bar tucked into Wilderness Lodge. Territory Lounge is a great option for beer lovers, with choices from all reaches of the U.S. and beyond. Or pick a pour from Territory’s hearty selection of bourbons. The charcuterie plate and apple pie make perfect companions to beverages at this down-home drinking spot.

Stop #2: Crew’s Cup Lounge* at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort
Nautical touches abound at Crew’s Cup, a comfortable tavern tucked in next to the Yachtsman Steakhouse. Beer, wine, and a generous menu of specialty cocktails join yet another large bourbon selection here. You can even choose to energize your evening with the Cold Brew XO, made with cold brew liquor and Joffrey’s cold brew! Feeling hungry? You can order soups, salads, steaks, and seafood from the full steakhouse menu. *At the time of this writing, this location is temporarily unavailable. Please check the Walt Disney World website for updates.

Stop #3: Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Three Bridges is an open air cantina located in the middle of sparkling Lago Dorado, just across the bridge from Coronado Springs Resort. The fare is a nod to Spain and the Middle East, and makes a great accompaniment to some unusual and flavorful drink options. Sample the sangria flight, a margarita or mojito, or for something a little different, try the Espumoso Punch at this lively late-night bar scene.

Stop #4: Victoria Falls* at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
At the end of your evening, head to this vibrant watering hole overlooking the adjacent Boma restaurant at Jambo House for some South African wines or maybe the Mt. Kilimarita, “the ultimate African margarita”. Barside favorite foods – with a twist – can be enjoyed at the nearby outside fire pit, or at the ebony bar. You won’t want to leave the gorgeous Animal Kingdom Lodge at the end of your action-packed evening, so go ahead and book that overnight stay so the exploration and merriment can continue! *At the time of this writing, this location is temporarily unavailable. Tips for using a rideshare Service

  • Download the app for your rideshare of choice in advance (or put it on your homepage for easy access)
  • Plan your route and pickup/drop-off locations prior to beginning your crawl
  • Availability/pricing of rideshares vary based on demand, so prepare to be patient and flexible

The Lodge to Lodge, a third resort bar crawl route, will give you a taste of not only some of the most amazing places to lay your head in WDW, but also the distinctive food and beverage options Disney has become known for.

Final Thoughts

So there you have it, three resort bar crawl routes that take you around the (Disney) World by Skyliner, Monorail and rideshare in an evening…or three. If you do complete all three, first of all, let us salute you. But also be sure to shoot us a comment so we can craft some sort of TouringPlans bar crawl trophy cup in your honor! Cheers.
