I’m sure most of you have seen photos and video from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. If you plan to visit (and you’re anything like me), I bet you’re already thinking about the souvenirs you might buy and the experiences you’re going to have.

I’ve been thinking about the Droid Depot since I first saw footage of the conveyor belt full of little droid pieces. Ever since then, my mind has been racing: I wonder which droid I’ll build? What color should it be? Should I splurge even MORE and get any accessories?

If similar thoughts are also running through your head, here are five things you should know about the Droid Depot at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Enjoy!

  • Wondering if you have an answer to this: Our reservation for the Droid Depot, says we have to check in an hour prior, is that true?

    • I would go by what the reservations says for now. Even if you check in and walk around for a bit longer.

  • Tip #6: If you know what colors and styles you want for your droid save yourself some time and ask the cast member at the door what pieces might be out of stock. They will have a list This will save you waiting in the queue only to be told at the cash register what you want to build was unavailable.

Tip #7 Some parts are at the build station themselves. If you do not see the colors you want for your droid, poke around at other build stations near you. You might find the colored parts you want.
