Taste the Flavors of Florida: A multi-venue progressive dining event highlighting some of the best flavors Florida has to offer. This tour of locally inspired dishes and drinks begins at Enzo’s Hideaway and concludes at Morimoto Asia.

Food stations include exquisite samplings like slices of Pizza Ponte’s Fra Diavolo, The Edison’s Hot Honey High-Voltage Chicken Sandwich, Maria and Enzo’s Bruschetta Calabrese, and Morimoto Asia’s Florida Orange Sweet & Sour Grouper.

Jaleo by José Andrés Pairing Event: Step into Disney Springs only open fire kitchen for a hands-on culinary experience where you will learn to craft the art of “paella” a very cultural (and delicious!) rice dish from Spain. Cook a special “Arroz de Verduras” — made with locally sourced Florida vegetables.

While you cook, enjoy passed plates and Spanish favorites like Chicken Fritters and Tomato Bread. After cooking, sit down to enjoy the dish you created —paired with additional Spanish bites, refreshing endless “La Sueca” red sangria, non alcoholic refreshments and a delectable dessert.

Chefs from some of Disney Springs’ best restaurants prepare dishes and share tricks of the trade on Friday mornings at Waterview Park. These demonstrations are free, but space is limited – tap the date in the listings below to reserve a spot. She lives just north of Boston with her husband, kids, and assorted animal members of the family. Although it took three visits for the Disney bug to "take", she now really wishes she lived a lot closer to the Parks.
