New Breakfast Option at Disney Springs: Chicken Guy Has New Hours and an Expanded Menu

If you’re staying in the Disney Springs area, breakfast can be tricky. We were happy to stumble across a new breakfast menu at one of our favorite quick-service locations, Chicken Guy. The menu says it’s a limited-time offer, so fingers crossed it stays!

I say “stumbled across” because it wasn’t on either the Disney Springs website or Chicken Guy’s, but we saw the sign while walking on Saturday morning.

The Chicken Guy Breakfast Menu. Notice the 8:30-10:30 hours, and the egg says Limited Time Offer.

New Hours and Menu Options for Early Birds

The breakfast menu is available from 8:30 am until 10:30 am. Every indication was that this would be seven days a week.

There are three sandwiches, two types of biscuits, a breakfast bowl, a breakfast burrito, and tater tots. They also added cold brew and juices to the menu.

Pictures, Prices, and Opinions!

The breakfast sandwiches
  • Sandwiches- Piled high on a nice bun with the Chicken Guy honey mustard sauce lightly spread on the bun. Priced at $6.99, this is definitely a great value.
    • Sausage, Egg, and Cheese- The sausage has a nice flavor and mild seasonings, but it’s a thin patty. The egg is hard-fried with American cheese.
    • Chicken, Egg, and Cheese- With two full chicken tenders, this sandwich is a lot, in a great way. If you enjoy Chicken Guy for lunch and dinner, this is a great option.
    • Bacon, Egg, and Cheese- There was a lot of bacon, and it was good! Not super crispy, but not at all soggy either. Bacon Lovers, you will love this sandwich.
The sausage and the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits
  • Sausage Biscuits aren’t your grandma’s recipe, but they hold up! They’re smaller than the sandwiches and priced accordingly at $5.49 and $6.49 with egg and cheese.
We love the Breakfast Bowl!
  • Breakfast Bowl – $6.49. This was our favorite. It’s a little breakfast casserole with egg, chicken, bacon, and chives. A great size for breakfast, and the flavors blended into nice bites.

  • Breakfast Burrito- This burrito is HUGE! Egg, chicken, and cheese, but there weren’t any seasonings that pulled it together. It was just huge. And a very fair price at $6.99
  • Tots- We love a tater tot, and these did not disappoint. Crispy and perfect, and a steal at $2.99 for breakfast at Disney Springs.
  • Cold Brew- $4.99 With four different flavors, there’s probably one that will hit the spot. Nothing to write home about, but for morning caffeine, it did the trick. Served with a milkshake straw, so you can gulp that caffeine down.

Overall, we are thrilled there’s an option for early birds. Does this solve a problem for your family?

  • OMG! Guy Fieri is such an amazing restaurant owner! He has truly done so much for so many restaurants to help them in their time of need. He is so great to me. Not many others in the world have given so much of themselves to help so many well deserving people and many companies. Not to mention, his Chicken Guy restaurant is so scrumptious at Chicken Guy and many of his restaurants. So clean and so good! When my wife and I were at the Downtown Flavortown restaurant in Pigeon Forge, I was constantly singing his praises while at the restaurant. He is reminiscent of a Jimmy Buffett to be honest. Speaking of Jimmy Buffett, he was such an amazing and incredible guy. I heard the most wonderful story that the people at the Pigeon Forge restaurant told me that he would often close the restaurant and have a private concert for all of the employees there. Im definitely sure that they both have shared the most important traits of being a most exceptional and incredible boss that really cares about their people and does most everything for them that they can! How Wonderful.
