Team Members are Universal Orlando employees who make the show go—they clean your rooms, drive the buses, cook your food, and double-check your ride restraints. Universal Team Members are among the best in the business, many started out or still work at Walt Disney World as Cast Members. Team Members are the heart and soul of the resort, from the wand assistants at Olivanders to the scare actors in the haunted houses.
