We did the Mediterranean cruise last summer and it was not worth the price. The excursions were not up to the standards I expect from a Disney cruise and I was disappointed with the cruise as a whole. We’ve done the Caribbean cruises multiple times and the real draw is Disney’s private island. It’s worth the cost of the cruise just to spend time on their island.

Until you book a cruise for the sole purpose of visiting Castaway Cay only to have it canceled and you spend a day circling at sea. Never again.

The best we were on was a 5 day on the Wonder with a double dip to Castaway Cay. Stopped in Nassau too, but we didn’t bother getting off the boat.
