It’s the most wonderful time of the year … and it’s coming to Disneyland Resort! It’s still the height of summer, but the holidays will be here before you know it and Disneyland has released info on their nativity-time festivities. Let’s dive right in to the events, entertainment, and more that you’ll find if you’re visiting Disneyland over the Christmas holiday season, which will run from Nov. 14, 2025 through Jan. 7, 2026.

You’ll find festive decor and fun throughout the resort, at the parks, and all three hotels. Look for a massive gingerbread house at the Grand Californian and all-new holiday decor at the Pixar Place Hotel. In the parks, entertainment and limited-time seasonal attractions bring home the Christmas spirit. And throughout the resort, dozens of limited-time holiday-themed food & beverages will be available.

This year’s lineup will be a little different as it works around the 70th Celebration. “World of Color Happiness!” and “Tapestry of Happiness” will remain, while other entertainment will hibernate for the holidays and resume later. Touches and activities like decorative accents, interactive MagicBand+ locations, and the Key to Disneyland lock stations will remain available throughout.

Holiday Features at Disneyland Park

The “Believe…In Holiday Magic” nighttime spectacular, will run nightly at Disneyland Park, with “snow” falling from above as fireworks fill the air. You can experience the “snowfall” on Main Street, along the Rivers of America, outside of “its a small world” Holiday, and at the west end of Downtown Disney.

You can also look for snowfall during “Wintertime Enchantment at Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle”. As the flakes drift down, 80,000 shimmering lights transform the castle into a sparkling winter masterpiece.

Throughout the day, you can head over to the Fantasyland Theatre to see “Holiday Fun with Santa and Friends!” Santa and Disney characters will make appearances throughout the day for photo ops, and you can also enjoy holiday music and crafts.

Last but not least, don’t forget about the big daytime event – the parade! You’ll be able to see prancing reindeer, toy soldiers, gingerbread cookies, and of course, all your favorites on the floats in “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” at Disneyland Park. Make sure to look for Santa in the finale.

As you’re taking in the rides, look for holiday overlays on two attractions in Disneyland Park: “it’s a small world” Holiday, and Haunted Mansion Holiday.

Holiday Features at Disney California Adventure

The 70th Celebration feature “World of Color – Happiness!” will remain throughout the holiday season this year, instead of the usual changeover to “World of Color – Season of Light”.

This special event highlights the diverse seasonal celebrations in Southern California, marking the occasion with food, drink, live entertainment, and of course, merchandise. In addition to the Festive Food Marketplaces in Disney California Adventure, you can look for Festival items in select dining locations throughout the resort. The Festival’s Sip & Savor Pass offers coupons that can be redeemed for select food and nonalcoholic beverages from participating locations.
