Labor Day Fan Zone at ESPN Wide World of Sports
If you’re going to be in Walt Disney World this Labor Day weekend and you’re a sports fan, you are going to want to head to the ESPN Wide World of Sports!
The Labor Day Fan Zone will take place on September 1-2 inside the Visa Athletic Center at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. This will be an interactive fan festival featuring high-energy music, food and beverage options, event merchandise, vendor booths, character greetings and big-screen televisions showing various sporting events.
The Labor Day Fan Zone will provide a nice way for people to relax and have some fun in between other activities taking place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports that weekend. One of which is the Disney Labor Day Baseball Classic which is taking place from August 31 through September 3. In addition, Guests can experience the Disney Soccer Showcase Qualifier from September 1-3. This event is the precursor to the Disney Soccer Showcase events being held later this year. Access to the Labor Day Fan Zone is included in the admission price to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. (Which costs $18.50 for adults and $13.50 for ages 3-9.)
The Labor Day Fan Zone event runs from 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on both days.
Interesting. It’s hard to believe that anything related to ESPN is still open…it has become nothing but a money-hemorrhaging propaganda machine with few remaining fans.
