Search Feature Added to TouringPlans
We’ve added a site-wide search feature to the TouringPlans website. A search bar should appear somewhere around the upper right corner of every page
The entire site is indexed, so a search for “Peter Pan” will return links to the attraction’s description, wait times, touring plans, FastPass+ tips, relevant blog posts, and more.
We can customize the search results, so let us know in the comments if there’s a particular way you’d like to see the results displayed. Happy searching!
Give it a try right now!
LOVE this feature as I have emailed Touringplans.com a LOT lately with questions reagrding our upcoming trip that I beleive I could have answered myself had this been an option. I thank you and I am sure your staff thanks you!! 🙂
I am seeing the search bar on the main page, but not here on the blog pages. I almost always enter the site through the blog, and not through the main page, so it would be nice to see the search bar here. Or is the ‘blog search’ on the left the same thing?
🙂
Between the Unofficial guidebooks, touringplans.com, your apps, GoogleEarth and MouseWorld Radio I can do WDW without ever leaving home. I’m saving so much money…but something’s missing. Dole Whip. That’s it. 😉
This is a great feature and one I’ve been hoping for. Len, in your honor, I did a search on tequila….very impressive!
Thanks Deb!
Another awesome feature, Len! Thank you! Does this include the chat area, as well?
Marie, it does not at this time, but we have some big plans for Chat in the near future – stay tuned!
