Havaianas Strikes Alliance With Disney

Are you a fan of Havaianas? Well, if you are, you will be happy to know that the Brazilian footwear company has partnered with Disney in a strategic alliance and guests will soon be able to purchase the popular flip flops in stores throughout Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Vacation Club Resorts. Matter of fact, the shoes will soon be available for purchase in 22 different retail locations, including spots at Disney’s Blizzard Beach, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, and Disney’s California Adventure.

“We are thrilled to have entered into this relationship with the Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort and Disney Vacation Club because they embody instant joy much like Havaianas,” said Marcio Moura, Havaianas’ USA President. “We look forward to creating a harmonious relationship and further expanding opportunities within the Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort and Disney Vacation Club in the coming years.”

The company is also working with Disney Theme Park Merchandise to create exclusive co-branded flip flops.

In addition, beginning in November, Havaianas will become an official sponsor of all runDisney races, providing runners with a unique Disney experience.

Guests don’t have to wait to experience Havaianas at Walt Disney World; they currently have a location at Downtown Disney in The Landing.
