Disney World at 50: Magic Kingdom and EPCOT
It’s been quite a busy week for Walt Disney World, and while the celebration may not be to the scale that we might have pictured years ago, it is still an incredible week. We’ve got more to see throughout the weekend, but we wanted to share some of our favorite sights today from Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, the two parks celebrating birthdays today.
And from the other night, Harmonious and the beautiful debut of the new points of light on Spaceship Earth!

I’ve read that it was really really busy at WDW yesterday – I really wanted to be there but, being from the UK, we weren’t allowed to come. But we will be there next month though and, as the 50th celebrations will be around for the next 18 months, being there soon is the next best thing. I will certainly be buying some 50th celebration memorabilia. Can’t decide what yet – I will try not to go mad and buy one of everything – but can’t guarantee it!
