Guide to Both Food & Wine Scavenger Hunts

EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival begins in just a few weeks, on August 27, 2026. Beyond the food, drinks, and concert series, Food and Wine always offers two scavenger hunts. The first is Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak and the other is Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit. In 2025, both scavenger hunts were available for purchase on opening day of the festival. This year, they have different start times. Here are the basics for both:

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak

Dates: August 27 (the first day of Food & Wine) to November 21, 2026

Cost: $11.99 + tax. Annual Pass discounts apply

Where to Purchase a Map: Disney Traders, Creations, festival markets

How it Works: Search for Remy hidden around EPCOT along with his companion item. Match the item Remy has with the accompanying sticker on your map.

Prize Redemption: One map can be redeemed for one prize. You do not have to complete the map in order to receive your scavenger hunt prize.

You may accept your redemption prize when you purchase your map or wait until a later time. Disney always offers more than one prize option, so you may be tempted to purchase more than one map as we often do.

Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit

Dates: September 25 to November 2, 2026

Cost: $11.99 + tax. Annual Pass discounts apply

Where to Purchase a Map: Disney Traders, Creations, festival markets

How it Works: Search for character themed pumpkins hidden around EPCOT. When you locate a pumpkin, place the matching sticker on the corresponding location on your scavenger hunt map.

Prize Redemption: One map can be redeemed for one prize. You do not have to complete the map in order to receive your scavenger hunt prize.
