New England Patriots Super Bowl Players Headed to Walt Disney World
They’re going to Walt Disney World! With their incredible win, the New England Patriots’ James White is going to continue the tradition that started 30 years ago, in 1987. White is scheduled to take part in a celebration parade down Main Street U.S.A., this afternoon at the Magic Kingdom, before cheering fans and park guests. White, will be joined in the parade by Mickey Mouse and his pals and a sea of confetti.
During the game, White caught 14 passes for 110 yards and scored three touchdowns, including the game-winner in overtime, in the team’s 34-28 win.
This marks the fourth time that a member of the New England Patriots has participated in the Super Bowl parade at Disney, dating to 2002. No NFL team has had a player appear more than four times in the iconic parade.
If you are in the Magic Kingdom today, make sure you stop and catch the Super Bowl parade.
