Both the Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort will soon be serving plant-based dining options, as well as a new plant-based menu icon coming to Disney dining establishments. Menu items will include hundreds of sweet and savory dishes. As park Guests have started embracing plant-based offerings overall, it has inspired the resort to expand menu offerings and introduce a this new new icon, a green leaf, that will make it easier than ever to find these options when sitting down for a meal or snack. These options are made from plant-based ingredients like vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes – and are made without animal meat, dairy, eggs or honey.
These new plant based items will roll out at quick service locations on October 1 and October 3 at table service locations at the Walt Disney World Resort with more than 400 incredible dishes!
At the Disneyland Resort, the new menu icon and many new plant-based options will be introduced in spring 2020.
In addition, resorts across the globe will also get additional dishes, including Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort and Disney Cruise Line.
