‘Tis the DVC Season

Well, we’ve found some terrific Disney Vacation Club rental opportunities for the upcoming months, and we are here to save you cold hard Mickey Bars. Or money, your choice.

A Couple of Special Deals
First: We’re just reporting on some of the best deals we’re seeing at some DVC rental sites – these might be gone at any time as these are all individual rentals. The starting date links will take you directly to the rental sites’ listing for each deal below.
The Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party pumpkin spice beverages haven’t even had time to cool yet – but we’ve got to let you know about a very nice DVC rental for Christmas!
The median price of all Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Studio rentals we’ve recorded so far is $315, so the following rental is the only one in today’s group that has a per night price above that median. But since we’re looking at a very desirable time of year, I’m thinking a rental even close to the median price is a very big win. Plus, a 5 night rental running right into Christmas? Yes, please.

Remember, there’s only one of these out there folks, so if you’re even thinking about a Christmas trip to Walt Disney World, you should have thunk enough already to click over there and hit the book button RIGHT NOW. MERRY CHRISTMAS.
There also a DVC rental for an Old Key West Grand Villa coming up in September that is an especially good deal, because I believe this size Villa sleeps 837 people. (EDITOR: They do not. They sleep 12.)
Compared to other room types, these Grand Villas are much less common, but of the ones we’ve recorded, the median price has been $848, so this $598 rental is 29% below the median! If you’ve got 837 (EDITOR: NO! *12*) people looking for a place to stay on September 14th, here’s your chance to be the hero!

An Embarrassment
Now, let’s get right to a large number of great rental we’ve spotted. The management would like to apologize for the embarrassment of riches below, but just yesterday afternoon a slew of really nice rentals dropped.
I mean, come on: a 3-night rental for a 2-Bedroom Villa at Old Key West for $297 per night? Wowza.
A 4-night rental for a Riviera Studio for $256 per night? Triple Dog Wowza.
The deals below are sorted by date to make it easier for you to surf right down to ones that might work for you – but be sure to pay attention to the “Difference vs Median” column.
In my humble opinion, all of these rentals are good deals, but you’ll see quite a few of them fall more than 50% below the median price we’ve seen for similar resort and room types! That is some pretty amazing savings.
