Well, it appears as though the Halloween event, the Oogie Boogie Bash which is held at Disney California Adventure has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the OC Register.

Preparing for Oogie Boogie Bash, which typically kicks off in mid-September, takes a substantial amount of planning and coordination, therefore, as the Disneyland Resort awaits theme park guidelines that have yet to be released by the state, the need to cancel the event became apparent. There’s no word yet on if the other Halloween Time decor that appears at both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure during the Halloween season will be able to be put up and details about that shared at a later time as the theme park resort continues to work toward reopening with guidance from state and federal authorities, according to Disneyland officials.

Oogie Boogie Bash, which is a hard ticket event themed after The Nightmare Before Christmas featured a villain-themed World of Color show, the Frightfully Fun Parade, special attraction overlays, and a Descendants dance party.

The event normally runs on select nights in September and October. Disneyland Resort plans to bring back the Oogie Boogie Bash in 2021.
