Get Ready! The Electrical Water Pageant Returning SOON!

I can already hear the music in my head! Today Disney has shared, via a Tweet that the much loved Electrical Water Pageant will be returning to Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake at the Walt Disney World Resort!

For those that have never seen the Electrical Water Pageant, it is a stunning electric-light show that takes place aboard small barges and set to awesome electronic music. Today the Pageant features 25-foot tall screens on fourteen barges that use Christmas lights to create the awesome display. The show is split into two parts. The first is a celebration of all things aquatic showcasing various sea creatures. The second half of the show is a patriotic salute. The total time of the show is about is about ten minutes.

This popular nighttime show that has been enchanting Guests since 1971 sets sail each evening and makes stops at various resort hotels along the way. Guests can catch the show at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Oh and you can also see it just outside the Magic Kingdom. There is no word on what the showtimes will be for the various resorts when it returns.

In addition, Disney only shared that the show would be coming back soon….no date for its return has officially been released. I suspect, however, that it will likely be returning within the next few days.
