End Zone Food Court At All Star Sports To Undergo Lengthy Refurbishment
According to a couple of sources (like stitchkingdom.com), the End Zone Food Court, found at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, is expected to undergo a very lengthy renovation from August 5 – December 20, 2013.
For those who are looking for quick grab-and-go items, you’ll be able to get those in a temporary food service location that will overtake the Game Point Arcade.
If you are looking for something more substantial, or if you want to visit an arcade, you will need to travel to one of the other All-Star Resorts (Music or Movies). Buses will run continuously throughout the day from All-Star Sports, or you can walk. (Rooms in the Homerun Hotel section of All-Star Sports are just across the parking lot from Melody Hall at All-Star Music Resort.)
While no official announcement has been made by Disney yet on this matter, I fully expect this refurbishment to take place this fall. We’ll share more details as they are released.

I wish I would have know this before I made my reservation. Only staying 1 night since that is all I can afford with my 2 grandkids and I have difficulty being on my feet for any length of time..wish I could switch to one of the other all star resorts..arriving on the 6th of august.
How do you think this might effect Pop Warner, cheerleading and other groups that frequently stay in the All-Star resorts. Will they be placed elsewhere while Sports undergoes its rehab?? My nightmare is that they will all be placed at Pop the week that we are there(December 3-10)!! Please tell me it isn’t so!
