Universal Orlando is Going Digital- With the AAP

Exciting news in my house this afternoon. Universal Orlando will be offering digital return times for the Attractions Assistance Pass. No more running to Hagrid’s to get a return time, to then walk all the way back down to ride Spiderman! Yes, I realize this would not be a TouringPlans suggestion, and there are more efficient routes even with the old paper, but this gives you some indication as to why my son Ben needs the AAP.

Everything We Know So Far…

• Beginning December 4th, 2025.
• The paper version of the pass will still be available.
• There is a 15-minute waiting period after you enter the attraction until you may book your next return time.

What We Will Be Looking For

Ben and I will visit Islands of Adventure on December 4th to test it out, then share all of the details here and on YouTube.

• How do you locate AAP information in the app?
• Do you still need to visit Guest Services every 14 days to register your AAP?
• Can you book a return time for Universal Studios if you’re in Islands of Adventure?
• Is the app user-friendly?
• We never assume, so we’ll make sure the app is ready for all three parks, including Epic Universe.
• Can you create a return time during Early Park Entry?
