How to Use Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea Storage Lockers:

Each storage locker location will have several rows of lockers. Go inside and find an open locker.
Open lockers will show a green tab next to the locker door, while unavailable lockers will show a red tab.
Open an available storage locker, insert your items, and then close the locker door.
After all of your items are inserted into the locker, press down on the red tab. Make sure you don’t need to add or remove any items. Lockers are single use, so once you open them, you’ll have to repay if you want to close and lock them again.
Now go to the nearest payment terminal. In the past, Tokyo Disney Resort storage lockers only accepted coin payments. In recent years payment terminals have been upgraded to accept credit cards and other contactless forms of payment such as Suica and Pasmo.
Your preferred language can be selected in the top left corner of the screen.
Select “Store” on the screen.
The screen will now prompt you to pay.
Tap your payment on this module. A receipt/baggage ticket with a QR code will then be printed out. DO NOT LOSE THIS RECEIPT! It is the only way to retrieve your item when you return. Take a picture of the QR code on your phone as a backup. Other than that, you’re done! Now you can go enjoy your day.
When you want to retrieve your item, go back to the payment terminal and press “Retrieve” on the screen.

You’ll then be prompted to scan your receipt/baggage ticket.
Scan your ticket on this space on the payment terminal.
The payment terminal screen will show you your locker number and give you a visual reminder of the location.
