Allergy-Friendly Offerings for Docking Bay 7 in Galaxy’s Edge
As a person with life-endangering food allergies, I’m always impressed with how far above and beyond Disney goes with their commitment to providing things I can eat that won’t put safety in danger. Whether you are looking to eliminate certain foods from your diet or have allergies to certain foods, knowing that there’s an allergy-friendly menu available is a major stress reliever.
Disneyland has now provided a list of allergy-friendly options at Docking Bay 7. Here’s what you’ll be able to enjoy within those categories.
Breakfast
Rising Moons Overnight Oats (oats, dragon fruit, yogurt, seasonal fruit)
Bright Suns Morning (three-cheese egg bite, pork sausage, purple potato hash, mini Mustafarian lava roll)
This option is available for fish/shellfish allergy and peanut/tree nut allergy.
Mustafarian Lava Roll (cinnamon roll with chocolate cookie crumble and lava sauce)
This option is available for fish/shellfish allergy.
NOTE: The Bright Suns Morning, which contains a mini Mustafarian lava roll is listed as being peanut/tree nut friendly, but the full-size version of the lava roll is not. I recommend checking with Disney to make sure that the mini version is different from the full-size version if you have a peanut/tree nut allergy.
Kid’s Meal: Bright Suns Youngling Breakfast (scrambled egg, purple potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit served with choice of small lowfat milk or small Dasani water)
This option is available for gluten-free/wheat allergy, fish/shellfish allergy, milk allergy (with water as the beverage), peanut/tree nut allergy, and soy allergy.
Lunch/Dinner
Smoked Kaadu Ribs (sticky pork ribs, blueberry corn muffin, cabbage slaw)
This option is available for fish/shellfish allergy and peanut/tree nut allergy.
Roasted Endorian Tip-Yip Salad (marinated chicken, mixed greens, roasted seasonal vegetables, quinoa, and pumpkin seeds, tossed in green curry ranch)
This option is available for gluten-free/wheat allergy, fish/shellfish allergy, milk allergy, and peanut allergy (but not tree nut allergy).
Fried Endorian Tip-yip (crispy chicken, roasted vegetable potato mash, herb gravy)
This option is available for egg allergy, milk allergy, and peanut/tree nut allergy.

Kid’s Meal: Fried Endorian Tip-yip (crispy chicken, macaroni and cheese, and seasonal vegetables served with choice of small lowfat milk or small Dasani water)

As always, when you go to order food, make sure that you specify that you have an allergy and always double check on site. But hopefully this will give you some idea of what food options are available.
More articles like this, please! Anyone with food allergies needs this info. We have always known that Disney is great at customizing food for anyone with allergies, but it’s nice to know if any of the regular menu items are already safe. Is this info on the online menus? This would influence which restaurants we choose. Thank you for doing this!
