Disney Handbags Have Captured Our Hearts
It’s National Handbag Day! No, we didn’t make that up, but someone did. It’s super silly, we know, but we’ll take any excuse to showcase one of our favorite categories of souvenirs, the Disney-themed purse. The 10-year anniversary of Disney’s partnership with Dooney & Bourke is this weekend. Since then, Disney has worked with Vera Bradley, Kate Spade, Coach, Loungefly, LeSportsac, Harvey’s, and more to make sure that there are plenty of options to carry your Disney style with you, wherever you are.
Here’s just a “small” sample of the bags we’ve seen sold in the Disney parks, on Disney Cruise Line ships, and at Disney’s Aulani resprt during the past decade.
Do you own any of these? Which would you like to own?
Yes, I have a couple of Disney Dooney bags. I have The Lady and The Tramp and the Blue Disney Dogs. I also have the new Disney Dogs back back that was originally $29. I love all the Disney dog stuff! I don’t understand why they don’t make more of the Disney Dogs Dooney bags. If you don’t get one on the first day of release they are sold out. I know supply and demand. But it really only creates more money for the pirates in the aftermarket.
