Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Introduces the Gran Destino Tower

The tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is looking really good, as construction progresses and today, Disney shared the name of this new section of the resort. The Gran Destino Tower will officially open in July 2019.

This 15-story building will serve as the new main entrance for Guests who visit the resort. It will house 545 rooms, including 50 suites and will include a gorgeous two-story lobby. Guests will also want to make sure to make reservations for the new table-service restaurant that will be situated at the top of the Gran Destino Tower.

In addition to the new tower, the resort’s more than 1,800 existing rooms have also been fully refurbished. Also, a second new restaurant called Villa del Lago is planned to open on an island in the middle of the resort’s lake, Lago Dorado.
