Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy Are Back as Pete’s Silly Sideshow Reopens!

Pete’s Silly Sideshow in the Magic Kingdom has reopened after a 6 month closure! We stopped by this morning to say hello to Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy in their staged meet and greet location. They have been roaming near the still-closed Big Top Souvenirs for the last several months. Scroll down to see video from our visit!

Tip: The Circus Stars Meet and Greet at Pete’s Silly Sideshow opens at 10:00am. If you line up a bit early, you’ll be able to see the stars open the doors to greet guests!

Two Sides and Four Characters

Minnie & Daisy meet on the left side of the Silly Sideshow, as you can see in the picture of Pete’s mouth above. Once you get in the line, you’ll be able to meet both pals. The same goes for Donald and Goofy on the right side.

Daisy Fortuna’s meet and greet location looks largely the same as it did pre-closure. The flower arrangement on the barrel in the background is fuller, and the scarf under her crystal ball is new!

Donald, or “Donaldo”, is an absolute hoot. It’s fun to see him back and in charge. Well, he thinks he’s in charge and we’re not about to argue.

While this location doesn’t offer Lightning Lane, the queue is inside and the air conditioning seemed extra chilly this morning!

This location uses the PhotoPass photo box instead of a human PhotoPass photographer. You’ll tap your MagicBand at the photo preview box pictured above, right, before you leave. There is a Cast Member at each meeting location that will use your phone or camera to take pictures if you don’t have Memory Maker.
