Fine Print and Frequently Asked Questions
If you book Free Dining it will apply to your whole trip even if it extends past the promotion window. For a trip with the Free Dining promotion arriving on August 5, 2025 and leaving on August 8, 2025, the free Dining Plan will cover your entire vacation.
Free Dining can not be combined with other discount offers, and note that Disney Dining Plans do not include gratuities. You must use a valid Disney Visa Card or Disney Rewards Redemption Card to pay the deposit, and the Disney Visa Cardmember must stay in the room. This Free Dining offer excludes the following room types: Campsites, 3-Bedroom Grand Villas, Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Bungalows and 2-Bedroom Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Deluxe Rooms at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, and Suites at Disney Deluxe Resort hotels.. Children ages 3-9 must order off a children’s menu where available. Some table-service restaurants may have limited or no availability at time of package purchase.
Although Annual Passholders are normally able to book the Dining Plan without tickets, this offer requires the purchase of a Vacation Package that includes tickets with the Park Hopper Option. Additional per-adult charges may apply if more than 2 adults per room at Disney Value, Moderate, Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts. The number of packages allocated for this offer is limited.
For 2025, the regular price of the Dining Plan is
- Standard Dining Plan: $97.79 per adult, $30.66 per child (ages 3-9)
- Quick Service Dining Plan: $59.14 per adult, $24.71 per child (ages 3-9)

What to Expect When Booking
If you’re trying to book this offer, the first thing you should expect is to wait. The screenshot below is the Virtual Queue that’s been used for recent releases. This is what you may see for much of the offer release day. It can be annoying to wait, but the good news is that this Virtual Queue process usually works smoothly and keeps the site from crashing. Just make sure not to close or refresh the page.

Free Dining Might Not Be Your Best Deal
If you don’t want to buy Park Hopper tickets, or have some other point of friction with the Free Dining terms, there are other discounts! There are already other discounts available that overlap with the Free Dining offer dates. It’s not uncommon to find that Free Dining offers are more favorable for larger families, and room discounts are more favorable for smaller parties.
For the last two summers, Disney World has also released very nice promotional summer ticket specials with savings of 15-30% off regular ticket prices. We think it’s likely we’ll see a similar promotional ticket this summer. These ticket offers are also per person, which strengthens the benefit of a discount ticket plus a discount room. That could skew the best savings away from Free Dining even for larger groups.

“These ticket offers are also per person, which strengthens the benefit of a discount ticket plus a ticket room.” I think you meant a discount room rather than a ticket room. Didn’t you?
I’m a bit surprised you didn’t point out how quickly this offer expires.
Hi Tom – you’re on the money about the ticket room typo (now fixed). And also about it being good to mention how quickly it expires; I’ve added something to the first paragraph. We don’t usually get any notice when Disney drops these offers, so it’s easy to accidentally miss those highlights when trying to get the post up quickly. Thanks for pointing it out.
