It’s official! Three new restaurants have made their debut at Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs! Maria & Enzo’s, Pizza Ponte, and The Edison all officially debuted this past weekend. (The remaining dining establishment in this complex, Enzo’s Hideaway, has not yet opened.)

While The Edison had their official grand opening on New Year’s Eve with a fun party, the restaurant didn’t officially open to Guests until this past weekend. The feel of the restaurant is definitely an industrial one. Steampunk design fills the table service location. Guests should be comfortable coming here for a meal, or even enjoying a drink, as there are wonderful couches and chairs scattered throughout.

Guests will be able to enjoy lunch and dinner here and the menu features American fare, with a selection of sandwiches, salads and entrees; plus a focus on artfully crafted cocktails.

The Edison will be a family restaurant for the most part, however after 10:00 p.m., it will transform into a 21-and-over nightclub. Guests arriving after 10:00 p.m. must wear venue-appropriate attire. Men may wear slacks, jeans or dress shorts. Jackets are optional. No ball caps, sleeveless shirts or flip-flops will be allowed. There will be a cover charge of $10 after 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.

Moving on, Maria & Enzo’s is located a former aircraft terminal and it’s apparent by the giant globe in the ceiling of the restaurant, as well as the artwork depicting different locals along the walls. The restaurant is very airy and features large windows that look out onto the springs. Maria & Enzo’s menu features a lot of beverages, (seriously, the entire interior of the menu is drinks) as well as small plates, salads, sandwiches, and pastas.

Finally, officially open is Pizza Ponte. This one is a little harder to find. The quick service restaurant is actually under a sign that says Maria & Enzo’s Pizzeria.

Here, pizza is served by the slice. In addition, there are many sandwiches, salads, and desserts to choose from.

Lots of great new dining options are available for Guests to experience and we’re only just in January! Who else is looking forward to trying out one of these new Disney Springs restaurants?
