Rose and Crown Pub at Epcot Closed for 2-Week Refurbishment
We’ve gotten word that Disney has closed the Rose and Crown Pub in Epcot’s United Kingdom Pavilion on Sunday for a two week refurbishment. Work on the bar itself and the signage for the building are expected during this closure. The main Rose and Crown Dining Room is still operational from what we understand. Disney had filed work permits for the location a few weeks ago so we were just waiting for a date for the closure. It should likely be reopened and serving stout by September 18, 2011.
