Reservations Open for Toledo – Tapas, Steaks, & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs
Guests are now able to make reservations for the brand new restaurant, Toledo – Tapas, Steaks, & Seafood which will be found on top of the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
This new restaurant will invite Guests to savor dishes and small plates inspired by the flavors of Spain. Oh and you won’t want to miss the sweeping views that can be seen from this rooftop restaurant.
The restaurant will feature an on-stage tapas kitchen which will serve small plates, charcutería, and cheeses. Larger appetizers include Heirloom Tomatoes with stone fruit and farmer cheese, Jamón Serrano with compressed melon, and Savory Churros.
Toledo’s entreés will include aged, hand-cut Spanish chuletón for two (32-ounce bone-in ribeye steak), oven-roasted shrimp, scallops, tilefish, and Spanish olive oil-braised octopus. There’s also going to be wine-braised Chicken, the Hanger Steak with crushed new potatoes or the Manhattan Filet.
For dessert, try one of several unique signature desserts created by Disney’s Master Pastry Chef including Classic Crema Catalana with Valencia oranges and chocolate tuile, “Café con Leche” Choux with dark chocolate mousse and vanilla “nata montada,” and “The Toledo Tapas Bar” – a progressive bite-sized sweet tasting, tapas style, featuring a crunchy chocolate bar with bite-sized flavors of Spanish coffee mousse, chocolate cake, “frambuesa” raspberry mousse, and lemon curd.
For those looking for wines, Toledo has you covered with both Spanish and California wines with over 75 choices hand-selected by a Master Sommelier, as well as handcrafted handcrafted cocktails such as the “Gin Tonic” with house-made saffron tonic and sangria as well as beers and ciders from Spanish and American Craft Breweries, a selection of non-alcoholic artisanal cocktails, and dinner beverages showcasing Spanish coffees, brandies, and dessert wines.
