As of 4 PM on Sunday, a Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for Osceola County (Animal Kingdom and Animal Kingdom Resorts Area). I fully expect in upcoming updates for Tropical Storm Watches to be issued for Orange County and the rest of Walt Disney World property. Keep updated on the latest information at the National Hurricane Center’s website.
Note: Orlando International Airport will remain open ahead of Hurricane Dorian, however there is a likelihood of closures as the storm approaches. Tolls on many Orlando-area roads have been lifted to facilitate traffic flow for those choosing to evacuate.
