Wristband Distribution Guide for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary

Are you headed to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year? You’ll need your wristband to party and we’ve got the details on where and when to get them. You’ll need your wristband to access every single party offering, so don’t wait to get yours.

Wristband Stop #1

Party guests without day tickets will need to wait at the Main Gate of the Magic Kingdom until 4:00pm. Party guests are separated from the day guest entrance as show in the picture above from this afternoon. Guests tap in using their party ticket and are then moved to a second line where they’ll be fitted with a party wristband.

As in years past, the ribbon wristband is fitted with a sliding claw clasp that only gets tighter ~ not looser ~ when pinched in. In the event that you or your child manage to make the wristband too tight, head to a wristband distribution spot or City Hall at the front of the part to get a new one. They will remove and keep the existing wristband and replace it with a new one after they verify your tickets once again.

Wristband Stop #2

Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland is another wristband distribution for day guests who are also attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary. You can hop in to have your party ticket scanned via your MagicBand or ticket on your My Disney Experience app, get your wristband and your party map and be on your way. Distribution starts at 4:00pm and guests start lining up a few minutes in advance.

Wristband Stop #3

You’ll see the ropes in front of Fantasy Faire and the big purple sign directing you to this wristband distribution. At 7:00pm Mickey’s PhilharMagic next door turns into one of our most favorite treat stops of the whole party! Distribution starts at 4:00pm and guests start lining up a few minutes in advance.

Wristband Stop #4

Other than the Main Gate, this wristband distribution location is always the one with the longest line! It had multiple switchbacks today! You’ll see the purple sign on your left just as you cross the Tomorrowland bridge. Distribution starts at 4:00pm and guests start lining up 30 to 45 minutes in advance. Avoid this location if you can.
