The first Mickey pumpkin wreaths have arrived and that means the Magic Kingdom will be decorated until the first full week of January!

The Halloween decor was installed overnight in preparation for the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party this Friday, August 7, 2026.

So far, 8 of the 38 Not-So-Scary party dates are sold out. We’ll be at the first party this Friday and will report back on new entertainment, treat stops, the Boo-To-You parade, ride wait times, party exclusive food, and character meets. You can find our full report on the TouringPlans YouTube channel this Saturday, August 8th.

The last Not-So-Scary is on Halloween night and before the candy stash has been consumed, the Magic Kingdom will turn to Christmas decor for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

The first Very Merry Christmas Party is on Sunday, November 8th. The Mickey garland and giant Christmas tree will be installed before the first Very Merry snoap fall.

Jollywood Nights in Hollywood Studios begins before Mickey’s Very Merry this year, on November 7th. Since the last Jollywood Nights is being held on January 5th, and marathon weekend runs through January 10, 2027, we can expect at least 153 days of holiday decor in the Magic Kingdom.

Are you attending any holidays in the Magic Kingdom this year?
