New Spuds at Regal Eagle Smokehouse

Regal Eagle Smokehouse has added a decent Plant-based option to their menu ~ a Chili Baked Potato and side for $13.49.

The Chili Baked Potato is topped with Plant-based Cheese, Plant-based Sour Cream, Benne Seed-Herb Sauce, and Scallions with choice of Side.

Side Options: 

• Baked Beans with Burnt Ends  (obviously not plant-based but also so delicious!)
• Mac and Cheese
• Beer-battered Onion Rings
• Seasoned French Fries
• Brewmasters Fries for $2.00 extra. These are fries topped with a Beer Cheese Sauce.

This is a hearty lunch for folks that aren’t interested in the barbecued meat dishes this location is known for. We liked the herb sauce on our jacket spud, but will likely get a side of Baked Beans with Burnt Ends and top it that way next time.

If your budget allows, a stop at the bar outside of Regal Eagle for a Moonshine Sour, $17.50, is time and money well spent.

If you’re planning to purchase a Food & Wine Dining Package, Regal Eagle is the only package location that just has same-day purchases, and they’re the least expensive Dining Package option by a good bit. Adult (ages 10+ packages are $36 and children, ages 3 to 9, are $21.
