Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders Payments Halted Due to Coronavirus

Much like Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, Disneyland Resort Annual Passport holders will also see their payments halted, if they are on the monthly payment plan, due to the Coronavirus.

For those who have a Disneyland Resort Annual Passport and you participate in the monthly payment plan option, Disney will automatically stop, as well as waive all upcoming monthly payments while the theme parks are closed, effective April 5, 2020. For those who made payments from March 14 thorough April 4, 2020, you will be retroactively refunded payments. Payments will resume on the Passholder’s regularly scheduled payment dates once the parks reopen and Annual Passport will not be extended and will expire on its originally scheduled expiration date.

Guests who are paying for Disneyland annual passports using the monthly payment plan can alternatively choose to have their monthly payments postponed starting April 5 through the park closure period, and then resumed on the Passholder’s regularly scheduled payment date once the parks open. Postponed payments will be collected in the months following the end of the Passholder’s current scheduled payment term. The pass will be extended the number of days the parks are closed. The new expiration date will be reflected on the Annual Passport holder’s account prior to the reopening of the theme parks. More information will be provided soon about this option.

Now, for those who have paid for their Annual Passpots in full Disneyland Resort Annual Passes will be extended for the total number of days that the parks will be closed. The new expiration for your pass will be able to be found on your Annual Passholder account prior to the reopening of the park.
