2026 Disney World Vacation Packages + Free Dining for Kids Perk

If you’ve been looking far ahead to price Disney World vacations in 2026, you might have seen that the calendar was blank beyond December 31, 2025. Well, that’s about to change; on April 22 (tomorrow), Disney World will release pricing for hotels, tickets, and more through October 2026. Last year’s new perk, the water park benefit, will be returning for 2026 – and this year there’s a brand new one, Free Dining for Kids!

A 2026 Vacation Package includes a room reservation and tickets, or a room reservation, tickets, and a Disney Dining Plan. 2026 Vacation Packages will be available beginning tomorrow, April 22, 2026. For packages, a $200 deposit is required to confirm reservations made more than 30 days in advance; after that, the full amount is due on booking.

It is also possible to make reservations for just the room.  For room-only reservations, the first night is due as a deposit; the window to cancel a room-only reservation without penalty is 8 days.

2026 Disney World Vacation Perks for Onsite Guests

In 2025, Disney introduced the water park benefit: Guests staying at a Disney Resort Hotel can visit one of the two on-site water parks for free on their check-in day. This perk will be coming back in 2026. Disney may be making some changes here, as they’ve announced that more details will be coming later. (Visiting in 2025? New for 2026, guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel will get a free dining plan for their kids (ages 3-9) when purchasing a dining plan with their package for others in their party (ages 10 and up).

Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours

Disney has already announced that the two extra-hours benefits for on-site guests will continue to be available in 2026. With Early Theme Park Entry, guests staying in Disney Resort collection hotels, plus eligible third-party hotels, can enter the parks half an hour before regular opening. This benefit is available at each of the four parks, every day. With Extended Evening Hours, guests at Deluxe Resorts, Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other qualifying hotels can enjoy two additional hours in EPCOT and the Magic Kingdom on select nights.

Early Access to Reservations

Disney continues to offer guests of its hotels early access to Lightning Lane reservations. (Disney in a Minute: What is a Lightning Lane?) On-site guests also have early access to reservations for dining and extras such as tours or hard-ticket events.

Free Parking

Disney World resort guests enjoy free parking at their resort. Also, parking at the theme parks is complimentary for Disney World hotel guests.

Magical Extras

A Walt Disney World package also includes Magical Extras to make your stay in the magic even more … magical! Magical Extras for 2026 are expected to be similar to last year and include 4 vouchers for a round of miniature golf at either of Disney’s two courses, 10% off the price of a non-discounted round of bowling at Splitsville Lanes, and 10% off Surrey Bike rentals at any resort that offers them. A variety of dining and shopping discounts are also available at a selection of Disney World locations; Magical Extras are subject to change without notice.

2026 Disney World Tickets and Dining

Tickets and Dining Plans are part of Disney World vacation packages. Annual Passholders or those traveling with military tickets can book a package with a room and Dining Plan without needing to add tickets. Details for 2026 tickets and Dining Plans have not been released yet; information below is from 2025 and will be updated as soon as 2026 details are available.

Tickets

Tickets are date-based, with pricing dependent on the start date of the ticket. For non date-based tickets such as Military Salute tickets, Annual Passes, or other special tickets, park reservations may be required.

Park Hopper, Water Parks & Sports, and Park Hopper Plus add-ons will continue to be available. See: Walt Disney World Ticket Options: FAQ – Park Hoppers, Water Parks, and More.
