    I don’t understand… what is this ‘scene 1’ to which you are referring? Do you mean interactive queues?

      Yes, Jim is referring to interactive queues.

    Thanks for the answer guys! I am amazed that Disney had no way to track ride popularity from the end of “A B C D E” tickets to the advent of Magic Bands.

    Just to be clear, though, our question wasn’t about who rides what (which Disney can certainly now track with Magic Bands), but how many people overall ride what vs. how much that attraction cost in the first place, thus determining whether it was worth the investment. It seems from Jim’s response that they had no good way to know until Magic Bands, especially with the turnstile shenanigans!
